My husband and I live in a small but charming circa 1830s farmhouse in the Susquehanna River hills near Lancaster, PA. We are surrounded by beautiful scenery and a rich history in textiles.
I am inspired by nature every day and have always been drawn to the incredible variety of patterns, colors, and textures of bugs, leaves, and bark. The closer you look the more you see. I like feeling close to nature and a part of the natural world.
I have studied both commercial and fine art but I think of myself a decorative artist and I enjoy creating things that people live with and touch.
My studio is in the summer kitchen and I get a thrill every time I walk through the door. There is no place I would rather be and I am very grateful to have found something that I love to do.
Stacked & Stitched, Artistic Fabric Projects for Your Home

Hi there Christine Morgan
A Hanover Bus trip from Canada saw you demonstrating when we went to Lancaster in March 2011.
I was afraid someone had written a book based on “your” idea. We each bought a small wall hanmging – mine was a two-sided leaf.
I do remember my friend and I suggested you write a book.
Anyhow, I checked my $ expenses for that trip and there is was – mini wall hanger by Christine Morgan
Well done and congratulations!
